Our History

2014

After 15+ years of global experience in the Enterprise Software industry, founders formed Simpleworks Business Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore in November 2014.  The founding vision was to provide enterprise-class, scalable, robust and cost-effective solutions in the CRM space to help organizations build stronger customer relationships. 

2015

Flagship product SimpleCRM launched and deployed at one of the largest public sector banks, as well as, one of the largest financial broking firms in India. Indian subsidiary SimpleWorks Solutions Pvt Ltd incorporated. 

2016 - 2017

Signed agreements with larger partners like ConneQT, IBM, Karvy DigiKonnect and grew customer base rapidly in banking, financial services, insurance, education, manufacturing, real estate and other industries in multiple geographies like Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, Indonesia etc.

2018 - 2019

Recognized and covered by international magazines. Expanded product portfolio to add AI/ML, BPM and Intelligent Automation solutions. Rolled out CRM,  Chatbot and eKYC solutions for 10+ large banks and insurance companies in Asia.  Extended Indian presence with development centres in Nagpur, Hyderabad and Bangalore in India, as well as, sales & support presence in Mumbai and Delhi. Opened an office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
